This is a replacement for my older MP5500 and it is more compact and takes slightly less counter space. One issue that cropted up was the filters were not securely screwed into the water lines and the unit leaked all over the counter and I thought I had a defecting model.

This Tyent Q series has a smaller footprint and yet produces just as much as older versions. I really like the design and look of it. It takes up less space on the counter which is a big plus, especially in smaller kitchens. The touch panel has good response to finger presses and it operates quickly. The menu system is easy to follow, even for first time users. The quality of the water is excellent whether acidic or alkaline. Tyent has been making water ionizers for decades now, and they have gotten very good at it. This is an excellent new model. 5 stars.

First off, this is not my thing. I do not enjoy alkaline water. In fact, we have a tankless RO system at home that works rwallybwell. I enjoy the taste of the RO water. My wife however prefers alkaline water. So she adores this thing. I've taken a sip and spat it out so I assume it's working. Since it appears to work (and I think I can make the water acidic instead of alkaline but I dont use it so I don't touch the settings) and my wife is thrilled to have alkaline water without having to buy the overpriced bottles of alkaline water, I can only give it a 5 star rating. Not sure about anyone complaining about leaks either. The machine seems well built and rhe ease of access to the filters tells me that the design engineers were thinking about the end uaers! Expensive but I think it pays for itself Ina couple of years if your buying lots of bottles of alkaline water.

I have used the Tyent Ace-11 water ionizer for a year now and I am extremely pleased with the product. My history of kidney stone formation has dropped and I am now on a lower dose of antacid for my acid reflux. The water tastes great and the purification system is an added bonus. I really use my Tyent ionizer and so glad I have it! From washing my face to cleaning the rugs nothing works better! To say nothing of the health benefits, I cook with it water my plants with it and no other water will cross my lips!!! I cannot understand why everyone does not have one with all the great things that come from it!!!

I have had a Tyent UCE11 for two years now. It has worked well with no problems. I have a PH meter to test the water so I know it gets the pH to the proper level. In addition to a good product you will not find better customer service.

I love our Tyent! Big difference in the way our older dog behaves. Moves around a lot more and a much shiner coat. She is 15 years old. I also feel better! Highly recommend Tyent! 5 stars

My husband has cancer and we use our Tyent alkaline water filter all the time and it has helped him tremendously with his cancer. It is very easy to use and we take it with us when we vacation for a long time. It is easy to install wherever we go.

I look at other water machines some are more expensive. This is closer to home and does the same work.

I have the Tyent 9000 countertop. Had some issues with the faucet/machine connection. Finally resolved??. The customer service, sales and technical support were amazing! So happy to be drinking clean water again!

H2 CARE YOU. need H2 hydrogen water and H2 hydrogen breathing together will be better.

Love this product! We tested all the different pH levels to make sure it was legit, and it is! I now am able to wash all of my produce in high alkaline water and have been able to see all the gunk come off. It's easy to install. We did have to buy a separate pump and filter for it since we have well water. My mom has city water and hers installed easily. The alkaline level 2 water tastes so good. I've never had better tasting water. It's easy to figure out, and the instruction manual helps a lot. The picture is all the gunk that came off of my produce after soaking in turbo alkaline for 10 minutes then rinsing with the purifying water. We use the acidic water to clean/disinfect things. Everyone needs great quality. Overall amazing product, I would buy it again!

I've been interested in healthy water for decades and have tried many different filters and conditioners. This is the best water filter/conditioner I've owned so far. It's so easy to install and use and it is able to produce a range of water pH to suit the use. Acidic water can be used for things like cleaning and the alkaline water is great for drinking. My favorite feature though is the way it adds molecular hydrogen to the water. I've been using small bottles to add hydrogen to my water but I have to keep track of my special bottles and charge them and fill them etc. With this water machine none of that is necessary. I just put my water container under the tap and the hydrogen water comes right out. The unit seems well-built and durable and is designed nicely with an easy to read display. Overall it's hard to imagine an easier to use water machine with all of these healthy water features. I'm very glad I ordered it.
