This particular question is one of many along those same lines.  People want to know how alkaline water from a water ionizer can be more hydrating than tap water.

Water from a Tyent water ionizer is ultra-hydrating.

Re-hydrate with Your Water Ionizer

First, let’s define hydration: the introduction of additional fluid into the body.

The adult human body is composed of up to 60% water.  When we consume liquid we are hydrating the body.  However, not all hydration is created equal.  Drink some water with salt in it and you can get dehydrated.  Other drinks, such as sodas, contain so much sugar they override the benefits of any hydration.  Alcohol is another liquid but it dehydrates the body

Rehydrate and feel like a human again!

However, it’s a bit different when you’re a zombie.  Zombies, while creepy and semi-gone, still walk the Earth.  In fact, I don’t recall ever seeing one drive.  So if you’re walking around terrorizing people, even in a semi-conscious state (been there), you are burning energy and need to stay hydrated.

Reasons to Drink Alkaline Water from a Water Ionizer

One of the many wonderful features and benefits of owning a water ionizer from Tyent is that you have access to both sides of this fantastic machine.

Delicious drinking water and so much more…

A machine with two sides?” You may ask.  The answer is yes.  Tyent water ionizers have two sides to their personality.  While one side provides you and your family with the purest, mineral-rich ionized water with a high pH level (that’s good), the other side of this multi-functional machine is there to do the dirty work with strong acidic and astringent properties (that’s bad…for dirt and germs).

Why Have a Water Ionizer that Makes Acidic Water Too?

Excellent question.  The answer is, because …

Nevertheless, this endless list of dangerous pollutants also includes those chemicals intentionally added in an attempt to kill the chemicals that it already contains.  Many of these added chemicals, no matter how well intentioned, can be just as harmful as the ones they are intended to eliminate.

Unless the water you drink is pure, you are ingesting

Averages don’t always translate to actual though.  As an example, where I am, eighty degrees is normal for this time of year yet it’s been in the nineties all month long and the heat index has been hovering at 100 degrees and above for the past week.

Translation, it is still summer and your body is still susceptible to overheating.  While August may portend cooling temperatures, they aren’t here yet and overheating is still a concern for many in  some of the hotter climates around

Even if you’re making an attempt to stay better hydrated, you may be ingesting dehydrating substances without even realizing it. Start by drinking ionized alkaline water, which is six times more hydrating than regular water, and then stop consuming so much of these dehydrating foods and drinks:

Foods that dehydrate you

Sodium is a big culprit.

When you eat salty foods, your cells tell your brain that you’re thirsty. Salt is a big part of the American diet, so watch your consumption of these food varieties:
