A reader wants to know, ” Is Alkaline Water from a Water Ionizer Really Better?” Now that is a great question!  Reaching deep into the Tyent Mail Bag, I plucked that little gem of a question out and am happy to answer it.  

Tyent Water isn’t only better, it’s the best.

Is water from a water ionizer really better?  Well, the answer would depend on what you were comparing it with.  Better than a new Porsche?  Maybe not.

Okay, obviously, I am playfully comparing apples and oranges here.

However, when you seriously compare water from a water ionizer with other water, ionized alkaline water is not only better…it is far superior.

Of all the questions we get, the most frequently asked question is, “What is alkaline water?”  The answer is simple really.

Let’s talk about water ionizers.  Don’t worry — it’s not rocket science.
Alkaline Water in a Nutshell

Alkaline water is water with a pH value of above 7.  The letters pH stand for the Potential for Hydrogen.   PH is the measurement of alkalinity or acidity of a liquid.  The scale runs from zero to 14 with 7 being neutral.  That is to say, 7.0 is neither alkaline nor acidic, it is neutral.  Alkaline water is water that has a pH value of above 7.0 while a value below 7 is acidic.

With Halloween just ahead, everywhere we turn we are besieged by images of witches, warlocks, ghosts, goblins, vampires, and zombies. If you are one of the ghosts, you can stop reading right now because you don’t need water.  Any water.  Vampires have their own source of hydration, of course.
