Tyent Ionized Alkaline Water Purifiers-Doing the Dirty Work

Dirty sink    Much has been written lately on the subject of water.  Water not only covers most of the Earth, it now covers much of the news.

One would be hard pressed to pick up a newspaper or to watch television without seeing a story involving water in some capacity.

With rain, droughts, floods, pollution, mudslides, chemical spills, bans, and more, water is the trending topic these days.  According to the website 247wallst.com, ten cities in California are on the brink of running out of water altogether.  The effects this potential disaster will have on commerce in these cities and across the country are immeasurable.

Tyent USA Looks At San Francisco’s Ban on Plastic Water Bottles

San Francisco Bans Bottled Water Sales!

San Fran Stamp

“San Francisco is 49 square miles surrounded by reality”.

                                                                            -Paul Kantner

In a noble, if somewhat puzzling effort, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors has voted unanimously to ban the sale of single-use bottled water smaller than 21 ounces from city property and events.  This ban also prohibits the sale of same by food trucks regulated by the city.  The city already has banned the use of plastic bags for sacking customer purchases.

It is the hope of city officials that the banning of these plastic water bottles will induce a new mindset toward pollution reduction while helping to achieve the city’s goal to cut landfill waste down to zero by 2020.

Tyent USA’s Thursday Recipe (s)

                                                    Thursday’s Tasty Recipe

 chef-carrying-a-plate-of-food

Summer is flying by and the football season is fast approaching.  Many teams begin training camp this very weekend.  And with the coming of football season comes “tail gating time.”  Or at least, tail gating food you can enjoy right at home.

However, you don’t have to fire up the grill for this tasty little appetizer, you just make them up and pop ‘em in the oven for twenty minutes and chow down.

When Sunday rolls around and you need something for the gang to enjoy or just some finger food to munch on, it’s hard to beat sausage cheese balls.  This recipe makes the most delicious sausage balls I, and many others, have ever

                                      Testing…Testing…

The Results are in and Tyent USA Scores Off the Charts!

A++   There is a lot of talk going on these days about water.  Out west, they are talking about the lack of it with a statewide drought in California the likes of which hasn’t been seen in decades.  Down south, the talk is the nearly five feet of water the city of New Orleans receives each year.

In the Eastern United States however, all the buzz is about the release of the test results from Envirotek Laboratories, the state approved,New Jersey testing facility for water purity.

Envirotek tested the water purifying capabilities of the Tyent MMP 9090T and our UCE 9000T ionized alkaline

Tyent Looks at Three of the Great Lakes

The Great Lakes Map     North America is home to a series of fresh water lakes known as the Great Lakes.  Stretching from Minnesota to New York and from Illinois into Canada, these lakes contain nine tenths of all the fresh water in the United States and about a fifth of the world’s fresh surface water.

There are five lakes in total (six if you count Lake St. Claire).  Can you name the remaining five Great Lakes?

Times up.  Close your eyes if don’t want to see.  Wait a minute, then you couldn’t read the blog.

 The five Great Lakes

  • Lake Superior

  • Lake Huron

  • Lake Ontario

  • Lake Erie

  • Lake Michigan

Tyent USA Looks at Droughts and Water Conservation

Water Conservation Becoming Ever More Necessary

Water Leaf    Ironically, though water covers two thirds of our planet, clean drinking water and in some places, water itself, is becoming scarcer by the minute.  City municipalities are struggling to keep up with demand from an ever-growing population.

Cities and states around the country are imploring people to reduce their water usage through increased conservation measures.

West Coast Water Woes

Drought     California is in the throws of a three-year drought (the worst in decades), that has potentially dire consequences for many areas of the state.

Despite California Governor Jerry Brown’s plea for a voluntary statewide reduction in water usage by 20%, reports show only a 5% reduction for the past year.

Tyent USA BREAKS DOWN SOME POPULAR DIETS PART 2

The Whole World’s On a Diet!  Part 2

Feet on scale

It seems a new diet fad comes on the market almost weekly promising to be the diet to end all diets.

Dieting, for many millions of people, can be an ongoing exercise in futility and frustration.  Many of us, either have dieted ourselves, or have known someone who has dieted, often with little or only short-term success.

All diet plans claim they will help us lose weight and enjoy a healthier and more rewarding lifestyle.  And isn’t that the goal, to shed those excess pounds and feel better about ourselves while staving off disease?

Yesterday’s blog ended by touching on the Paleo Diet.  This diet, also referred to as the Caveman Diet

Here’s some good news.  Friday is here and if you are reading this, you are too!

After five successful days, another work-week is in the books here at Tyent USA and it’s time for a little R & R.

With baseball in full swing, I thought I’d share one of my favorite baseball jokes.

Good News & Bad News

Baseball batter     Phil and Bill were major league ball players on the same team.  They were best friends, loved baseball, and had known each other since they were kids.  They played baseball together in grade school, in high school, on the same team in college, and up through the ranks to the pros.
