Alkaline Water And Other Clever Ways to Quash Hunger!

“No lunch? That’s just fine. Absolutely no problem at all.”

Alkaline Water To The Rescue!

Thankfully, as usual, I had my GoodLife bottle with me and so I was able to slake both my thirst and the worst of my hunger with alkaline water.

Drinking water is a wonderful trick to fool …

If you overdid it on New Year’s Eve, then at least you can reassure yourself that you’re far from being the only one!

Happy New Year…?
Happy New Year…?

Help is at Hand!

If you paced yourself by matching each alcoholic drink for one glass of alkaline water, then chances are that you’re not feeling too dreadful. Dehydration is one of the most significant factors in feeling as though you need to crawl into a dark corner, and stay there until at least early spring.

However, it is possible (and no judgement here, many of us have been there at some point) that you partook of a …

How to Save Money on Organic Produce with Alkaline Water

Posted by: Rhona Reid On December 23, 2015 9:00 am

Organic is big business these days. We’re all digging deep to pay more for food that doesn’t come with a side order of chemicals. If you want your food without potential extras of pesticides, herbicides, growth inhibitors, growth stimulators and more, then you have to grow your own or buy organic, right?

“It looks clean, but appearances aren’t everything.”

“Gonna Wash That Stuff Right Off All My Veg…”

Well you know, there is another way. As far as vegetables and fruit are concerned, with your Tyent Ionizer Turbo water, you can eat clean without going organic. Five Tricks To Feeling Naturally Energized For the Holidays

The pre-Christmas excitement is well and truly underway.  I’m used to viewing shops through a filter of tinsel and fake snow; my children start every sentence with the timelessly festive words “I hope Santa brings me…” and I’ve got one eye on my party dress and the other on the scales.

No wonder Santa uses a sleigh.
No wonder Santa uses a sleigh.

And I feel okay.  But it’s early days, and I still have loads of time.  And loads to do.  Shopping.  So much shopping.  Making mince pies and Christmas cake.  Ferrying to children to a dozen parties and three separate Winter Wonderlands, each one The Real One.  A few drinks parties, a couple of evenings out with friends.  More shopping.  Wrapping and sending …

Feel free to slap me with a slice of grilled eggplant, I can take it.
