5 Simple Ways to Detox Your Life
A detox is a good way to clean your body of built up toxins, speed up your metabolism and help you feel better overall. Here are some easy ways to detox your everyday life!
1. Cut your sugar intake. A diet high in sugar can cause diabetes, obesity and other health issues. Slowly reduce the sugar in your diet by cutting out processed foods and choosing good-for-you sweets like fruit.
2. Drink ionized alkaline water. Ionized alkaline water is full of antioxidants which help fight off the free radicals (bad guys) in your body. The alkalinity of the water also helps to restore balance in the pH of your body. Drink a glass first thing in the morning and throughout the day.
3. Exercise. Moving your body promotes good circulation. With improved circulation, your body can process and eliminate toxins through your excretory systems including sweat and urine.
