Lychee Eyeballs

  • Can of lychees in natural juice, drained
  • I cup of blueberries
  • White chocolate icing
  • Small wooden skewers

Method:

These fearsome fruity lychee eyeballs are one of our favorite healthier Halloween treats for your kiddos!

Create these creepy snacks by stuffing each lychee with a blueberry, skewering them into place if necessary. Add a blob of white chocolate icing in the center of each blueberry and pack into a serving dish so that the eyes are staring spookily at your Halloween guests!

Ghoulish Banana Ghosts

This is a perfect healthier Halloween treat that your kiddos can help to prepare!

  • 4 bananas
  • Milk/dark chocolate shapes/buttons/chips

Method:

Cut each banana in half and stand each on its cut end, so that they resemble cartoon ghost shapes. Encourage your kids to press the chocolate pieces into place on the bananas to create howling mouths and scary eyes on each little ghost!

Mummified Dates

  • Pack of dates, destoned
  • White chocolate icing
  • Raisins or chocolate chips
  • Small wooden skewers

 Method:

Stick a wooden skewer into the small end of each date, to create a lollipop shape. Next, drizzle white chocolate icing across each date to resemble bandages. Finally, stick two raisins or chocolate chips into the icing to make the mummies’ eyes and leave to set before serving.
